Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Compliance officer

Description/summary of role?

• Operational and administrative support for the business on all quality assurance and regulatory compliance

• Validation of quality processes, quality management systems & administration

• Establishment & maintenance of product specifications, quality attributes, documentation, and compliance with all relevant regulations

Type of contract Full Time Permanent.

Hybrid: Current option for 1 day ‘work from home’ arrangement

Hours of work? 39 hours per week - 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday / 8.30am-4.00pm Friday

Essential experience required?

• Relevant 2nd level qualification

• Experience in Quality Assurance practices and systems

• Experience in regulatory compliance practices

• Experienced in the use of data processing, analytics tools, and software coupled with feedback analysis

Desired experience required?

• Relevant 3rd level qualification

• Experience in cosmetics industry or similar

• Experience of working on Lean or Process Improvement projects

Hard skills essential for role?

• Computer and IT, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

• Data analytics and report writing
